Lieutenant Bryan Hollifield was promoted in June of 2025 and currently is a Watch Commander in the Patrol Division.
Prior to promoting to Lieutenant, Bryan was a Sergeant for 4 years. During that time, he served as the SWAT Tactical Commander, Field Training Program Supervisor, and as a Patrol Sergeant. Lieutenant Hollifield brings years of experience as a Detective, Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, Armorer, and Honor Guard Member. Lieutenant Hollifield also graduated from the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute in 2023.
Prior to joining the Fremont Police Department, Lieutenant Hollifield was a Police Officer in the State of Texas for several years. He was also a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, with several deployments from 2002-2006.
