Important Notice on City of Fremont Facilities Closure

In an effort to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), City of Fremont facilities, including the lobby of the Police Department, the Detention Facility, and the Tri-City Animal Shelter, are currently closed to public visitors. The Administrative Operations Division consists of sworn and professional employees whose purpose is to provide internal support to the organization and more importantly external support to members of the community. Units within the division include Personnel and Training, Detention, Property and Evidence, Crime Lab, Records, Animal Services, including the Tri-City Animal Shelter, Technology, Development, Peer Support, Honor Guard, and Emergency Operations. The Administrative Operations Division's fifty-five team members are led by two lieutenants, two professional managers, two sergeants, and eight professional supervisors.
