Important Notice on City of Fremont Facilities Closure

In an effort to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), City of Fremont facilities, including the lobby of the Police Department, the Detention Facility, and the Tri-City Animal Shelter, are currently closed to public visitors. The Records Unit is comprised of one records administrator, three records supervisors, seven records specialists, and three records assistants.

We are available to assist you at the front counter and in service calls pertaining to the following:

  • Clearance Letters
  • Crime Reports
  • Towed Vehicles
  • Traffic Accident Reports
  • Verification Letters
  • Warrants

The Records Unit is open from 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday (holidays observed).
