Each year, survey results help us improve services and identify primary concerns our community would like to address. You do not need to register or create an account to take the survey. All responses are completely anonymous.

Seeking Community Feedback 

Annually in late Fall, Fremont Police conducts a community survey to solicit feedback on services and areas of concerns. We are always looking forward to hear from our community. We want your input and we want to know how we can best serve you! Your valuable feedback will help us improve services and identify primary concerns our community would like to address. 

Survey Platform

Our survey is hosted on the City’s community engagement platform, MyFremont, where you can also view different ways to provide input to the City of Fremont. Registration is not required to use the Platform. We welcome your input and thank you for participating! No account needed and your response is completely anonymous.
