DiazMartinez left his residence on December 30, 2023 at approximately 6:40 p.m. 

He was last seen wearing a brown shirt and jeans.  He may have left with a blue backpack and wearing red skater shoes.

DiazMartinez is a skateboarder and frequents local skate parks.  Several weeks after DiazMartinez’s departure, it was believed that he was seen in Newark.  This sighting could not be confirmed.  DiazMartinez has gauges in both ears.

DiazMartinez has friends in Fremont, San Francisco and San Jose.

DiazMartinez had shoulder-length hair and a goatee.
