In an effort to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), City of Fremont facilities, including the lobby of the Police Department, the Detention Facility, and the Tri-City Animal Shelter, are currently closed to public visitors. The Business Crime Watch Program is a joint effort between businesses and the Fremont Police Department, providing businesses with crime prevention resources and strategies. The goal is to improve the relationship between the law enforcement agency and local businesses through contact and information about current crime trends.


Benefits

The Fremont Police Community Engagement Unit can provide you with details about crime trends and current criminal activity. We also provide crime prevention strategies that can help with several aspects of making your business less attractive to would-be offenders, such as the physical security of your business premises, locks, securing windows, and doors.
